Ok... I seriously wish I would have seen this before. I was poking around the add-ons for FireFox and ran across this. It is an extension to switch a tabs rendering engine from FireFox to IE.

I've found it to be somewhat slow on the initial load. (I guess it's starting IE in the background) It's ok, but I found myself going back to using IE when I need to test for IE. But, as always, Firefox has some pretty nifty plugins. :-)

I found this addon really useful when you have ff as default and still need ie for intranet/sharepoint stuff as your able to set certain url's to always open in ie. very cool.
